There were 3 tops, 4 quilts quilted, and 6 quilts bound….all the binding was by Barbara! She’s one binding wizard and she showed us the easy way to do the binding ends :-) at least, it was new to me! You’ve seen 4 of these quilts before in their unfinished state…but now, thanks to Barbara, they’re FINISHED!!!!
The pile ~ Brown scrappy MOH, Heart quilt (one of Ann’s mystery quilts!), the Flamingo Road quilt, blue scrappy MOH, and WWanda’s pretty MOH (another of Ann’s mystery quilts), Barbara’s MOH…really BRIGHT! Not shown, WWanda’s totally tubular…all done!
Barbara assembled one of my pre-cut kits. I quilted, she bound. Viola! A MOH ready for shipping to Denise. It’s really colorful.
Here’s a plumb tuckered Sassy testing the quilts…in the background is the yellow string quilt…all quilted and ready for binding. That will be # 7 finished this week! On the design wall, last of the 30’s swap blocks waiting to be made into a baby quilt.
